Workshop LEP – General Motors Specific Requirement

Purpose:

Transfer knowledge and skills to understand the basic concepts and applications of Label Error Proofing;

Indentify likely causes of identifying failures;

Knowing the potential effect of these identifying flaws in the client and in your organization;

Develop action plan to eliminate these occurrences and opportunities to reduce costs by standardizing the identification system.

Day 1 – Pre-visit evaluation / adaptation;

2nd and 3rd Days – LEP Workshop – Label Error Proofing.
