Principles of Control, Quality Assurance and Management;

Verification techniques and process analysis;

Profile Quality Coordinator;

How to coordinate teams to achieve quality objectives;

Exercises.

Prerequisites: Quality Tools and knowledge of ISO 9001 : 2008.
